2015 - John McGuinness

This was the first event I organised and what a way to start! Our guests for the evening were:

- Isle of Man TT Legend John McGuinness
- Former GP rider and three times BSB Champion Niall Mackenzie
- 2014 Ducati TriOptions Champion Dennis Hobbs
- North West 200 and Ulster GP Winner Keith Amor

Fans, who numbered in excess of 650, were treated to an evening with some of the biggest names in motorcycle racing. John entertained the audience with stories from his 20 years plus of racing and provided commentary on a full lap of the TT course with a level of knowledge and detail which shows why he has 23 wins to his name.

Accompanying Niall and John on stage were Dennis Hobbs (who was a regular in the BSB championship and won the 2014 Ducati TriOptions Championship; a support series to the BSB) and Keith Amor (winner at the North West 200, Ulster Grand Prix and with 5 TT podiums).

Honda Racing and John McGuinness very kindly lent us John's 2015 Senior TT Winning Fireblade, Conor Cummins' 2015 TT Fireblade, John's EMC Superstock bike and the Fireblade which John set the first ever 130mph lap of the TT course on in 2007.

The event raised in excess of £13,500 for the ARCHIE Foundation through ticket sales, a raffle and an auction. This was made possible by the generous contribution of prizes by Ecosse Motorcycles, Knockhill Motor Racing Circuit, Skene House Apartments and Rig Deluge.
